That would interest me too. Is the plugin running with the Yeelight Candela?

I have three of these, the Yeelight app does the job, but it does seem to struggle at it. Often taking a while to establish a connection to the lights, it's simpler to stand up and turn one of them on!
The effect of turning one instantly makes the others glow, so the connection issue is more with the iPhone app than the lights, so I'd expect it would be possible to have an instant connection using homebridge - if it were done.
I run homebridge on an RPI3, and that has a bluetooth chipset, so, reasonably speaking, this should be possible, but it would need to protocol decyphering and there may be unknown encryption to deal with.
It's beyond me, I've not worked with BT protocols before, but I sure would like to be able to use these with homebridge, so consider this my +1 vote!
@vvpossible you up to the task? I guess you'd need one of them to work it out, throw me a paypal.me link and I'll buy you one :)

It would be awesome please!
Any news?
Yeelight released a few months ago a new product called Yeelight Candela. It connects like the Bedside Lamp via Bluetooth Low Energy but doesn’t use rgb-led. You can only dim the led. Is it possible to integrate Candela in this homebridge-plugin?
