Video Gallery Side Panel Scrolling #133

Hi, is it possible to stop the scrolling that happens when the mouse moves over the side panel (where the title and description for the videos are), and show a scrollbar instead?

Also, is it possible to adjust the auto scrolling speed when the mouse moves over the side panel?
