how to limit number of image to show in carousel mode?

when I have only 4 image files, the plugin (carousel theme) shows 5 files with the 1st one as the 5th.

is there a way to show only the 4 files that actually exists?

mh, i got same question yesterday.
Meanwhile i have a little workaround, see here https://github.com/vvvmax/unitegallery/issues/185
