events: prevent default #183

It would be nice to be able to block some events e.g. _enterfullscreen and _itemchange. This would allow for additional usage use cases e.g. creating an albums page where when clicking an image instead of opening the full screen view would allow one to navigate to the album's page.

yes, I remember I used some custom approach on click
