Re-introduce control over `Default Window` in `ImGui` region #12

The docking seems to be not working correctly due to the default window created implicitly by the ImGui node. For an example open the feature demo help patch and try to enable docking from there. The respective button is not clickable, the menu doesn't react, feels broken. We also had an internal patch while prototyping the Kairos UI where docking was behaving weired / didn't work at all.
