Immediate Regions

• [x] Window, Imgui regions should work with ImmediateCore without MenuBar input.
• [x] Immediate regions only contain begin/end commands. Only retained nodes have more logic inside.

For now:

• Immediate Window has Bounds and IsOpen as channels.
  • That means:
    • Immediate Window internally has SetNextWindowPos, SetNextWindowSize, SetNextWindowCollapsed: https://github.com/vvvv/VL.ImGui/blob/e0844ec73d493bfd865620992f83e74e47fc3490/src/VL.ImGui/Windows/WindowCore.cs#L44
    • these commands are not provided as standalone nodes
• Retained Window is patched and adds inputs:
  • Fullscreen
  • MenuBar
