HDC issue - CI Environment layout is all clustered together and barely readable

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Select AV-SRF Test environment.

What is the expected output?
- All CIs listed in 1 column 

What do you see instead?
- A mess of CIs that are un-readable

What version of the product are you using?
- CDR 0.5

On what operating system?  
Windows XP 2002 SP3

In which browser?  
- IE 6.0.2900.5512
