Requests are like emails from your customers asking for help. Like email, you can respond to the reporter and add attachments. Unlike email, you can set all kinds of useful information, such as labels, priority and a status showing where the request is up to.

Try it out

When you've finished exploring this request, update the status to resolve it and let the reporter know it's done.

If you ever need to have a super secret conversation with your team, add an internal comment and we'll make sure the reporter doesn't see it. You can also @ mention team mates here to notify them about your comment.
