Seperate upgrade script #81

In my opinion it is nicer to seperate the converting from scss to sass and the upgrading.

The sass files were never intended to be in this repo. It's just to test the convert script.

Ok. But I think the convert-task is a nice addition, but it should be separated from the "upgrading"-part.
