Support en dash #104

We use "–" to seperate the semver and date. See https://github.com/JabRef/jabref/blob/29f5cae6bc26b6622a9306ac908bd7157a53c3dd/CHANGELOG.md?plain=1#L526

Would it be possible to either support – as separator or to output a warning that not the plain minus sign is used?

Note that typographically, there should not be a minus sign used, but something longer. I think, the en dash is the right symbol.
