Semver-minor for the added --ignore option; the remark upgrade amazingly doesn't change anything for us.

FYI @ralphtheninja The smoke test on dependents now also includes hallmark --fix (it asserts the markdown files do not change; I excluded CONTRIBUTORS.md).
