Install VPN

• PlebNet should somehow decide whether to buy a VPN or a VPS

• Add function that uses Cloudomate to buy VPN

  • Stores .ovpn file in an appropriate folder

• Add ability to share .ovpn file (AzireVPN supports 5 machines)

  • Agent passes its .ovpn file to children (update create_child)
  • Children try .ovpn, buy a new one if that old one fails

• Make a script which installs OpenVpn

  • Route port 22 to not use VPN address
