Add RPM spec file #26

Hi, have you already released it into the rpm repo? I would be more than happy to merge this PR. Thanks for your contribution.

Hi, I only made dummy spec file to deploy the binary on RHEL7 via RPM. ATM, I don't have intentions to push it to any public RPM repository such Fedora or EPEL... I just thought that you might want to add it in case someone else need it.
