Mapping Ctrl+space #108

I often use crtl+space as a command and apparently this combination is not taken.

Any idea how to add a catching rule?

Ctrl-^ not recognized with popup Ctrl tho it works with keyboard Ctrl (Hacker's, Keyboard-with-Cttrl-Key) (Mark set). <> not recognized on these or jbak or 'full' keyboards.
