Add per-host HTTP Proxy support (Patch added) #58

I want to use Pagekite (www.pagekite.net) together with VX Connectbot but this needs a HTTP Proxy support. The developers of Pagekite have already submitted a patch for it, may be you can adapt it easily to VX Connectbot and it to one of the next builds!? Would be very nice!
