Forgot to mention that the Paint.NET version is v5.0.13.
Try it without version spoofing. It may not block Windows 7 explicitly, it may just be using libraries Windows 7 lacks. However, when you spoof to Windows 10, it may attempt to use even more libraries, as it thinks it has them since it sees Windows 10.
Paint.net 5.x is using D2D/Write features only present on Windows 10
Upon opening the app it just immediately crashes.
Note: The online installer, offline installer and the MSI installer does not work even with VxKex enabled.
Tested VxKex version: 1.1.1.1375
