Star Citizen launcher works but VxKex doesn't load with game #249

As of the latest Star Citizen version StarCitizen_Launcher.exe works and EAC loads but when that loads StarCitizen.exe VxKex does not get loaded. Enabling VxKex on StarCitizen_Launcher.exe causes EAC to not load. Star Citizen uses the Epic Online Services version of Easy Anti Cheat. Although the D3D version 11.1 does not work on 7 it is possible the new Vulkan renderer in version 3.23 will work.

EAC rejects unsigned libraries, this will never work.

Anyone can purchase a signing certificate to sign a dll.

They probably have a reputation system for new certificates though.
