kxnt.dll missing #256

More than once there is an error using / downloading the program due to the lack of kxnt.dll . I downloaded powershell core.msi, and also tried to use zig. These programs do not work because of kxnt.dll .

What's your OS and language? If you're using Windows 7, have you installed KB2533623 and KB2670838? How did you install VxKex?

Powershell doesn't need VxKex. Use this guide to make Powershell run on Windows 7 https://github.com/vxiiduu/VxKex/issues/159#issuecomment-2029309735

Zig works with VxKex image
