I got my unsuccessful reply: A request to the Telegram API was unsuccessful. Error code: 400. Description: Bad Request: chat not found. But I do use chat ID from Tele. Would you mind help me with API?

Hi there, did you get your chat id from @userinfobot and have you sent a message first to @wongsbot?
