Address Gleefre's feedback on the documentation. #111

Incorporates the feedback that @Gleefree left on my doc update, https://github.com/vydd/sketch/pull/74.

Most importantly, fixes the misleading info about the setup method, as described in this issue: https://github.com/Gleefre/sketch/issues/13.
