What I did

Added a switch that allows the user to switch on debug logging in google colab

How I did it

User may change the BrowserRPC.debug_mode variable or via env boa.env._rpc.debug_mode = True

How to verify it

Browser should display all the communication between the wallet and boa

is there a need to quash logs in the console?

@charles-cooper it's a lot of logs showing all the interaction between wallet and boa. It's a nice to have for people wanting to understand it, but otherwise too much info imo
