Device list in settings need a scrollbar #16

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the settings, via F1
2. Select Devices tab
3. For me the list is longer than fits into the window

Need a scroll bar on Devices list. Maybe would be an idea to allow window 
resize also?

AdioSwitch v2.0 RC2 on Windows 8 65bit

Nice touch with the ability to set different colors on icon for device. :-)
