GUI removes focus from existing windows. #57

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open AudioSwitch
2. Do anything (volume up/down, toggle devices, mute)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The GUI appears, but the window you are in stays focused i.e. a media player, 
or Chrome.
Instead I see the OSD take focus away from the current window for its 
visibility time (~1 second), then focus switches back to the window.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.0 RC, Windows 8.1
