6 years ago Hi. Same here with Germany based phone number. Telegram-cli does not accept the code ( although I am able to login with it at web.telegram.org ). After a few attempts I am getting blocked. I have tried with another phone ( Russian based of all countries ) and login worked like a charm. Also tried rebuilding tg-cli on the clean machine - it did not help.
Any ideas on why this is happening?
ive set up tg cli multiple times with no problems but now ive run into an issue where it wont send the verification code to the phone. It wont even pop up the message 'code ('CALL' for phone code):' , it just has a black line wit arrow '>'
not sure what is causing this problem, only happening with this specific number.
Note: it was appearing at first but when i typed in the code it kept saying incorrect and then eventually the code option stopped appearing (after maybe 3 times)
