Hi, What about updating the tgl for openssl > 1.0 ? Here's a small patch that worked for me both for ubuntu 14.04 (openssl 1.1.0) and fedora 29 (openssl 1.1.1) tgl-openssl1.1.x.patch.txt

As there are already official deb packages, both on debian https://packages.debian.org/bullseye/telegram-cli and ubuntu https://packages.ubuntu.com/eoan/telegram-cli , maybe what this PR should do is to indicate such, in the same place where the information about gentoo is?
