Security vulnerability on Telegram-CLI #638

Hello, I'm an IT security guy. I've found a security vulnerability on Telegram-CLI, I'm not sure it's safe to write it here. Can I contact you in private somehow? You'll then decide what has to be done.

Hi, I'am just an end user, and I use telegram-cli on server where I working Is the issue still on source code? or its already fix by the developer?
