Nearly six years after a trio of MIT computer whizzes warned the MBTA its CharlieTickets were vulnerable to attacks and exposed their security flaws, an alleged scammer was hauled into court yesterday for allegedly employing similar techniques to counterfeit the T’s high-tech passes and defraud the transit agency of about $200,000.

Modeled as 'Misuse' of asset along with Integrity losses of misappropriation (unlawful replication) and fraudulent transaction (at the kiosk). I debated on adding Social > Forgery against B2C and will likely do so after a quick peer review.
