Even though there were 14 sites, I coded as if 1 victim "Cambodia Gov" with 13 others affected.

I modified that. I deleted the incident from survey gizmo and created multiple incidents (one for each victim) and put them directly into github.

After discussion, removing these until we discuss how to handle mass-defacements and ddos.

Looking into DDoS stuff - was any consensus reached on handling multi-victim incidents like this?
