TravelSky Technology, the provider of the ticketing system used by the airlines, insisted that penetration of its system or any kind of attempt to leak informaiton by staff is impossible.

I'm going to mark this with 'details needed' because all that we know from this is that info was stolen from consumers using info probably obtained somehow from these airlines.
