pattern applied to region array #314

in victim.region, a pattern is applied to the array (the pattern applied to the array elements is defined elsewhere). The pattern applied to the array should be removed as you can't regex an array.

Alternately, does region need to be an array anyway? That's probably just getting compressed to a single string when it's parsed into a dataframe.

Remove pattern from the array in victim. (already exists on the times.
