Defacement -> Interruption #429

Does defacing a website implicitly lead to interruption? Likely in most cases except if something was just added to the website with the rest functioning.

Potentially add the following to rules.py & back-propagate into the archive through update. attribute.integrity.variety.Defacement & asset.assets.variety.S - Web application -> attribute.availability.variety.Interruption
