add 'victim.orgsize.Unknown' #16

The json2veris() function adds victim.orgsize.Small and victim.orgsize.Large columns, but does not add a 'victim.orgsize.Uknown' if neither are true. it would be prudent for enumeration's sake to add 'victim.orgsize.Unknown' as well for consistency.
