added the correct uriHelper link this time and added the buttons back #70

basically doing what I did last time but praying that it works. This allows the user to join the discord as well and then get roles automatically

Adds the buttons back the UI and has the correct discord integration link.

Added discord link button and join/unlink discord back.

How to verify in the production environment.

We have to go to the dashboard and test once the API, and this has completed the pull request.
