Online Controllers list updated time is inaccurate #159

As the picture has shown, LWB_TWR logged on at 1726z. However, the last updated time keeps saying "Last Updated 17:02Z". The same issue might exist with "Flights Currently Within ZDC Airspace" as well.

I believe this still pulls accurate data... Cosmetic issue.

Yes it's directly from the data file so this is just the time it's saying was last updated is wrong, but it's still getting updated to the database correctly.
