500 error on CIDs that are not on our roster, if an CID is not on our DB, it attempts to query:

Client error: GET https://cert.vatsim.net/vatsimnet/idstatus.php?cid=1283146 resulted in a 403 Forbidden response: error code: 1020 (View: /var/www/html/resources/views/dashboard/admin/roster/edit.blade.php)

This has broken manually adding people to the visitor roster, and querying people who are not on the roster for CID resolution.

Error seems to be connected with cloudflare directly and the settings the webmaster of vatsim enabled for that API gate. For further trouble shooting:

The user that was supposed to be added, did he already login onto our website? Or did he never log in with the unified log in VATSIM offers that also allows our website/database to pull the data it needs?

Also when exactly is that error popping up? Like at what step?
