Image "I am unwell" appears instead of correct image #421

I'm having the same issue since yesterday.  I've only been able to reproduce it 
when using hover zoom to look at various pictures on a google image search.  
The image that it starts loading for every image afterwards is:

http://24.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_m3zvolbKVy1qfwt2xo1_500.jpg

No idea where this image came from, and I don't think I've pulled it up 
anywhere myself.
