Scroll Bar Disappears #728

Problem description:

When an image pops up following mouse over the scroll bar disappears from the 
scroll frame. The bar then cannot be grabbed but will reappear and respond 
normally if the page is scrolled using the arrow keys.

Many images seem to trigger this, seemingly larger ones more often, perhaps 
when they are large relative to the screen space available.

Can confirm this issue. It also happens on reddit quite often.

Hover Zoom version: 5.2
Chrome version: 34.0.1847.131 m
OS: Windows 8.1 Update 1
Display resolution: 1366x786
