Neap fails to be displayed after restart of taskbar #1

Very nice pager!

I just found one bug, which is that if I restart my taskbar (I am using tint3), neap continues to run in the background, but will not show on the new instance of the taskbar. However, If I am doing the same with stalonetray (just a system tray), neap will be displayed. My X knowledge is lacking though, so I am not sure whether it is neap or tint3 which is to be blamed.

I have a similar problem - however mine exists when the desktop is resized. Tint2 gets repositioned in the correct location, but neap disappears from tint2. The neap process is still present but it does not display in the tint2 bar. Other items parked in the bar (such as empathy chat) move correctly at resize.
