…es to v 4.5.3. Removed bootstrap cdn call from 'rebuild_loc-table_progress.html' and verified updated bootstrap files would enable spinner to work. (Four ToDo requests were included in the updated files- 2 in 'bootstrap.bundle.js' and 2 in 'bootstrap.js'. ToDo requests were written by Bootstrap)
