Updated functional tests for 'Manual Box Management', 'Manual Pallet Management' and 'User Management'. Added a section 'TEST' to 'DATABASES->default' with a test database name of 'testDB' I added this because it seemed pytest was not destroying the test database correctly and it seemed like a little bit of extra insurance so that any test databases would be created under their own namespace. Deleted the 'rework_func" files.
