Wrapping up: exploring Rmarkdown #18

[x] Work through and understand the basic and advanced RMarkdown slides. The Rmarkdown code for these presentations is here
[x] Think about how a Rmarkdown document would be organized summarizing the L1 data analysis results. Put your planned structure in a comment below and we can discuss
[x] Create a new branch, create an RMarkdown file and start to build it
[ ] We can iterate

I think I want my Rmarkdown document to be split into two main parts: Background and Post-Processing. The Background section would be a overview of what COMPASS-FME is and explaining the script that summarizes the data. The Post-Processing section would explain the purpose of the post-processing script and the four different graphs. I made a rough sketch to show what I was envisioning.

Building out the Rmarkdown document

[x] Create the document and overall outline
[x] First section, with images/figures
[ ] Very basic second section -- minimal -- basically I'm suggesting let's iterate on this before proceeding beyond this step
[ ] Continue to build out with material from presentation and processing scripts
