[ISSUE]: Unable to record #1029

Read carefully and check the options

[X] I've tried to extract to another folder (or re-extract) the .zip file

Issue Description

Clicking start in record will only create an empty wav with only the 44-byte header, nothing is actually recorded on stop:

"RIFF WAVEfmt ??wdata"

Not sure it is linked with https://github.com/w-okada/voice-changer/issues/1028
