Issue Description

It was working perfect for days, but today after i turned on pc it says it fails to load a certain DLL. Last thing i was doing was trying out some new RVC and they were perfect. GUI loads with a white screen (no welcome screen)

I tried restarting pc using vpn using another isp, taking ownership of all files, moving the custom rvc's somewhere else.
