This file has a virus that has corrupted my system ! It was not a false alarm, the explorer and even the browser really stopped working for me, fortunately Kaspersky managed to cure my system, even though it was a long time.

There is no way it broke your windows, the only thing I see happening is you having a bad PC and you running out of hardware resources, which may sometimes looks as if something is broken. Tell me, did a PC restart fix your issues? ;)

i never use antivirus or windows defender since 2012, they broke all my installed programs... it's not my programs that broke my pc, it's those defender and antivirus lol
