Issue Description

W-Okada worked for me for weeks and all of a sudden now whenever I try to use it, it doesn't start. It just hangs on "wait web server" and tries and tries to connect but never does. I've tried turning off my firewall. Deleting the settings file, and deleting the entire program and reinstalling the whole thing. Nothing has worked.

Hello @w-okada ! It's the same for me today. I tried to register ports in the firewall. Reinstalled the distribution. Turned off the firewall and started the program as an administrator. Nothing helped. Previously, the program worked properly. Please help...

This happened to me in the past and I fixed it decompressing the file in a new and different folder and starting over.
