4 months ago Extract to a new folder but, this time, give it a completely new name. Then try starting it using the start.bat file and not the executable. If it worked before for you, it still should work. Do not change any setting and leave everything default then press start to see if it works (just change the input and output so you can actually use it of course). Do not add any new voice model or change any other setting and let's see if it works now. If it still doesn't work, add every executable within the software folder to the Windows firewall to make sure that none of them are being blocked for whatever reason.

Hi. When I try to open the app or when using the website it gives me this message:

It was working as usual until a turn on the "Eco" option lol I deleted and reinstalled it and the error is still present
It also says: "If you clear the information being managed by this app, it may be recoverable". I have no idea how to do that, but if that's the solution, I'll be glad if somenoe tell me the way. Thank you!
