Infrastructure as Code allows us automate the provisioning of IT infrastructure and so we want to adopt this in our project - the database being a piece of infrastructure we created first.

The free Linode account I'm hosting the current database in will expire end of March

we want to be able to re-create it all on a new free acount easily -or-
update the code to possibly put it in AWS/Azure or whatever cloud provider is available
create users and roles within the database
[ ] randomly generated passwords
[ ] different access levels for databases, tables, schemas per user
