how to upload as much as it can in a swarm with just a few peers (every one 
seeks to upload more) and the initial seeder has very slow upload speed.

This does not look like a bug report. It looks like a question that probably is 
better suited for the mailing list. basically, if you want to upload more or 
faster, you first need to find out what the bottleneck is (it's possible the 
peers you're uploading to just don't have enough capacity to download any 
faster).
