Not all uPnP functions are exposed in Python-binding #757

I found that in the python-binding, session doesn't have uPnP functions such as
'add_port_mapping()' and 'delete_port_mapping()'. I am wondering if they are
missing due to some certain reason? Could you add them into the python-binding?
