same situation
I'm also having the same problems with the current version of Cdock on High Sierra 10.13.6.
Cdock crashes repeatedly, restarting immediately with its slide-up animation. I have literally dozens of crash logs in Console. Crashes seem to be caused by simply clicking on app and Finder icons in the dock. Clicking on folder icons in the dock doesn't seem to cause crashes.
I have attached a crash log as a text file. If I can give you any other info, please let me know.
Downgrade to version : 3.0.9
I've blocked 3.1.2 on systems below 10.14 for now.
OK, thanks...
3.0.9 restores normal operation.
Where do I get this older version?
And why do we need to go backward?

The link is in my last post but all old versions can be found here:

You need to go backwards because the latest version crashes on 10.13 You could alternatively update to macOS 10.14 or newer.
I updated my OS to High Sierra, then upgraded cDock to 3.12. It's trying to install the helper. Then the dock relaunches, relaunches, relaunches, relaunches, relaunches, relaunches, relaunches...
Helper is currently v 2.0.1.
Can this be fixed?
